Application Information

  • Registration opens on January 1st and closes on Sunday, January 31, 2016 OR when 250 applications are accepted, whichever happens first.  It is important to apply early.  The last two years registration closed less than three weeks after it opened.
  • Only online applications will be accepted.
  • Applications will be reviewed for completeness and appropriateness.  You will be informed, by February 10th at the latest, whether or not your application has been approved.
  • Check your ‘My Project’ page regularly for information about the status of your application. 
  • Students submitting the first 250 approved applications (75 High School and 125 Elementary/Middle School) will participate in the exhibition.
  • The $15 application fee must be paid online by credit card. If the project is approved, the application fee is non-refundable.  The card will not be charged if the application is not approved.
  • The application fee can be submitted at the same time as the application, or up to three (3) weeks after you register.  Your name will be removed from the list of applicants if the application fee isn’t received within three weeks
  • If you have any problems, go to ‘Contact Us’ on the main page and send us a note explaining your problem.  If you are reporting a problem with registration, the date/time that you send the note will be considered the date/time that you registered.
  • Continue to check your ‘My Project’ page at least once a week until the fair, for information about the status of your application.
